Kimberly Dulin provides leadership for Xavier University’s Student Financial Services team, with a focus on supporting first-year student enrollment and retention. In her role as Senior Associate Director, she helps first-year students and their families understand their financial aid awards, complete the FAFSA, and identify additional resources — including scholarships and grants — to help manage college expenses. A proud Xavier alumna with over 21 years of experience in higher education, Kimberly has served in a variety of roles focused on enrollment management, student success, and financial services, including her previous role as Assistant Dean for Student Success. She is especially passionate about supporting low-income and first-generation students, helping them access higher education and achieve their goal of earning a college degree.
